What does an operations consultant do?
An operations consultant fixes how a business runs day to day: processes, systems, tools, fulfillment, and reporting. Lockhold also does the implementation, so the fix ends up running, not just written down. More on operations consulting.
Is Lockhold a firm or a solo consultant?
Lockhold is a small operations consulting firm, owned and operated by Joe and Ro since 2019. Joe works each engagement directly. Capacity is limited on purpose.
How is Lockhold priced?
Every engagement starts with a conversation, then a fixed scope and quote agreed before work starts. Most start with the AI & Operations Teardown, and its fee is credited toward the build. No open-ended hourly billing.
What doesn't Lockhold do?
Recruiting, high-level tax planning, and legal advice. Most other things an owner gets stuck on are in scope, including systems, AI automation, launches, websites, and decks.
Do you only work in one industry?
No. The work is the same in every industry: cash flow, systems, operations, sales, and finishing. It applies to product, service, and software businesses.
