How we work

Clear scope. Built by us. Run until done.

You should know exactly what you're getting before you pay for anything. Here's how an engagement runs, from the first note to the day it works without you.

The steps

  1. Intake

Tell us what you're carrying in a few lines. No pitch needed.

  2. Review

We read every intake ourselves. If it's a fit, Joe reaches out personally. No booking pages.

  3. Scope and quote

Usually through the Teardown: a written scope of what we deliver, by when, and what it costs.

  4. Build

We do the work in your tools, with plain, regular updates on what moved and what's blocked.

  5. Run until done

Documented, handed to your team, and running without you.

Where most engagements start

The AI & Operations Teardown

A paid, two-week look at how your business actually runs, so the build is aimed at the right thing.

  • What we look at: where work still runs through you, which tools you already pay for, and where AI and better systems would take work off your plate first.
  • What you get: a written plan you keep, plus a build scope and a fixed quote.
  • How long: about two weeks.
  • What it costs: a fixed fee, quoted after the intake. If you go ahead with the build, the fee is credited toward it.

What you can count on

  • Selective. A small number of engagements at a time, so each gets real attention.
  • Fixed price. Agreed in writing before work starts. No open-ended hourly billing.
  • You stay in control. Your accounts, your data, your documentation. Nothing we build depends on us to keep running.
  • No overpromising. If something isn't worth building, we'll say so.

Selective by design. We only build what we'd be proud to put our name on.

We don't take illegal ventures, pornography, or work that harms people.
